This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Drink BRĒZ LLC and its respective subsidiaries, parents and affiliates (collectively, “Drink BRĒZ” or “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information through our websites and online applications, including https://drinkbrez.com, https://feelthebrez.com, https://brezlife.com, as well as any other social media, media form, media channel, or any of our past, present or future websites related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”), and any content, information, functionality, products or services supplied by or on behalf of us through the Site (the Site and all such content, information, functionality, products and services, collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy has been compiled to explain how information, including personal information, is collected or used.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information we collect, use, share, or store through the Services, however you access or interact with them. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular collection, use, disclosure, or tracking technology, we will request that consent separately.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and update the “last updated” date above. Where required by law, or if a change materially affects your privacy rights, we will provide additional notice.
PRIVACY OF CHILDREN
Our Services are not intended for, and may not be used by, persons under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under the age of 16 without affirmative authorization as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under age 21, we will promptly deactivate that user’s account and delete any personal information collected in connection therewith. If you believe we might have any information from or about a person under the age of 21, please contact us at withlove@drinkbrez.com.
What is Personal Information?
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could be linked, directly, or indirectly, with a particular individual or household. Personal information does not include lawfully available publicly available information or information that has been deidentified or aggregated.
Personal Information We Collect
Information You Give Us. When you contact us or opt in by registering on the Site and creating a user account (“User Account”), utilizing our Services, registering to receive alerts or other information via email, text, or instant message, we may collect your age, location information, email address, phone number, as well as other information, including demographic information such as gender, that you directly give us. We collect your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Automatically Collected. We may automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access the Site and use the Services. For example, when visiting our Site, we may log your computer operating system type, browser type, IP address, geolocation information, referring website from which you accessed the Site, pages you viewed on the Site, how long you spent on a page on the Site, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site. We may collect device information about your mobile device.
We may collect and process information about your actual location. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address.
Mobile applications may collect real-time information about the location of your device. If you do not want us to collect this information, you may decline our request or disable location services in your mobile device’s settings. However, opting out of the collection of location information will cause location-based features to be disabled and the online and/or mobile application may not function properly.
Cookies and Similar Online Tracking Technologies
When you visit the Site, open or click on emails we send, or interact with our advertisements, we and companies that work with us may automatically collect information using cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, software development kits (SDKs), external libraries, local storage, session-replay and heatmap tools, and similar technologies (collectively, “Online Tracking Technologies”).
Providers and technologies. Examples of providers and technologies used on our Site include Google Analytics and Google advertising technologies; the Meta Pixel; TikTok Pixel; Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising/Bing; Heatmap.com; Snapchat; X; and NewsBreak. We also use Site integrations and services provided by Klaviyo, Richpanel, Gorgias, Okendo, Rebuy, Yotpo, Intelligems, RevOffers, Social Snowball, Converge, OneText, Awin, and others that may set or access cookies or similar identifiers in connection with the services they provide.
Information collected. Online Tracking Technologies may collect or receive information such as IP address; cookie, device, browser and advertising identifiers; browser and operating-system information; referring URLs; pages viewed; links and buttons clicked; scrolling and navigation activity; search activity; interactions with emails and advertisements; cart, checkout and purchase events; and approximate location derived from an IP address. Session-replay and heatmap technologies may capture or reconstruct interactions with the Site, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, mouse movements and form interactions. Sensitive input fields (such as passwords and payment card numbers) are excluded from session-replay capture.
How we use these technologies. We use Online Tracking Technologies to operate and secure the Site; remember preferences; understand Site traffic and performance; diagnose errors; analyze how visitors use the Site; personalize content and shopping experiences; support customer service and communications; measure and attribute advertising; create or match advertising audiences; retarget advertisements; and deliver or measure advertising that may be tailored to your interests.
Advertising and analytics partners. We permit certain advertising, analytics, social-media and marketing partners to use Online Tracking Technologies on the Site. Depending on the technology and applicable law, the resulting disclosure of personal information may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising. You may opt out of these uses by sending us an email at withlove@drinkbrez.com with “My Privacy Rights” in the subject line or through the “Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer or by using a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as described under “Your Privacy Rights” below.
Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies or other technologies may prevent certain Site features from functioning properly. Because our technology stack changes over time, the specific providers identified above may change; our disclosures and privacy controls apply to the categories of Online Tracking Technologies and uses described here.
You may also use industry-provided tools to opt out of interest-based advertising by participating companies, including the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/ and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at https://optout.aboutads.info. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our Site. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Cookie- and browser-based opt-outs generally apply only to the browser and device on which you make the selection, so you may need to repeat your choice on each browser and device you use. These tools are supplemental and do not replace the privacy rights or opt-out mechanisms described below.
Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence. We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated profiling to personalize content and recommendations, analyze usage, improve our Services, and support security and marketing. Subject to applicable law, you may opt out of or object to certain automated processing as described in the “Your Privacy Rights” section below or by contacting us at withlove@drinkbrez.com.

Who Do We Provide Your Information to?
We disclose personal information as described below. Certain disclosures to advertising, analytics, social-media and marketing partners through Online Tracking Technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, even where no monetary payment is exchanged.

These providers may use personal information only as permitted by our agreements and applicable law.
Advertising, Marketing, Analytics and Social-Media Partners. We disclose device and online activity information, commercial information and related identifiers to advertising networks, analytics providers, marketing partners and social-media platforms for purposes such as measurement, attribution, audience creation, retargeting and targeted advertising. Examples include Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft/Bing, Snapchat, X, NewsBreak and other providers described in “Cookies and Similar Online Tracking Technologies.”
Social Media Platforms and Networks. Our Services may include plugins, widgets or other tools made available by social-media platforms and networks. Use of those features may result in information being collected by or disclosed to those platforms. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Corporate Affiliates. We may disclose personal information to our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and other entities under common ownership or control as needed to operate our business and provide the Services.
Business Partners and User-Directed Disclosures. We may disclose personal information to business partners when we jointly offer a product, service or promotion, or when you direct us to disclose information to another party.

Other Disclosures. We may disclose personal information for another purpose that we disclose to you at the time you provide the information, or with your consent where required.
Security and Protection of Your Personal Data
We take the security of your personal information seriously and use reasonable electronic, personnel and physical measures to protect it from loss, theft, alteration or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
We are dedicated to protecting all personal information to the greatest extent possible. However, if you create a User Account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information by keeping your password confidential. You should change your password immediately if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to it or your User Account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your User Account, please notify us immediately at withlove@drinkbrez.com so we can take appropriate steps.
Consent
Where applicable law requires consent to collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal information, we will seek that consent. You may withdraw consent where permitted by law, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide Services you request.
You may manage marketing communications and certain other privacy choices as described under “Your Privacy Rights” below. Additional opt-out instructions may also appear in the applicable message, program terms or Terms of Service.
Your Privacy Rights
Consistent with applicable law, you may exercise the rights described in this section. The rights available to you may vary depending on your state, country or other jurisdiction of residence.
The Right to Opt Out of Online Tracking, Sale/Sharing, and Targeted Advertising. Our use of certain Online Tracking Technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under applicable law. You may opt out by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer and selecting the applicable preferences.
If you are not logged into a User Account when you submit an opt-out request, the request may apply only to the browser or device identifier from which you submitted it because we may not be able to associate that browser or device with your account.
You may also opt out by broadcasting a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), through a supported browser or browser extension. To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. You must enable the signal for each browser or device for which you want the signal to apply. Where required by applicable law and technically feasible, we process a recognized opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal.

To request a list of the specific third parties to whom we disclosed personal information in a manner that may be considered a sale or sharing, where applicable law provides that right, email withlove@drinkbrez.com with “Specific Third Parties Sale/Sharing” in the subject line and the body of your message.
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. If you are a Nevada resident and want confirmation regarding whether we sell covered information as defined by Nevada law, you may contact us at withlove@drinkbrez.com.
Minors. Our Services are intended only for persons age 21 and older. We therefore do not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors.
Sensitive Personal Information. Depending on applicable law and the information we collect, you may have the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. If we use or disclose sensitive personal information in a manner subject to a statutory right to limit, you may exercise that right through “Your Privacy Choices” or by contacting us.
The Right to Access, Correct, Delete, and Obtain a Copy. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to personal information we maintain about you; obtain information about how we process it; correct inaccuracies; receive a portable copy; or request deletion. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.
To submit an access, correction, deletion, portability or other privacy-rights request, email withlove@drinkbrez.com or write to the address in “Contact Information” below. Please identify the right you are seeking to exercise and provide information reasonably necessary for us to locate your records and process the request.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. We may retain information as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, or support other legitimate business purposes.
Responding to Requests. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and respond within 45 days, or such other period as required by applicable law. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and limitations. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law and, where required, explain the basis for our decision.
Appeals. If applicable law gives you the right to appeal our decision on a privacy request, you may submit an appeal using the contact methods described above. Please state that you are appealing a privacy-rights decision and identify the request at issue.
Identity Verification. For certain requests, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on the request. The information we request for verification will depend on the nature of the request and the information associated with you.
Authorized Agents. Where applicable law permits, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may require you to verify your identity directly with us, as permitted by law.
Managing Communication Preferences. You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of a text-messaging program by replying STOP to the applicable message. You may manage push notifications through the settings on your device or application, as applicable. Transactional or service-related communications may continue where permitted by law.
Right to No Retaliation or Discrimination. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising a privacy right.
